Instructions for Registration on CORporate Kosher

To sign up online click here. You will be asked to enter some general information about your company. Once you are finished, click “Register.” You will get an email sent to you automatically with a link to a specifically designated secure registration page. Click the link,then enter your new login and password.

You will first be directed to our license agreement for using our computer system. Click “Accept License Agreement.”

After you accept the license agreement you will be directed to your homepage where you can see the 7 phases that are required to be filled out in order to process your application (See below). Please note that you will not be able to submit your application until you have paid the deposit which can be done online in our secure checkout. Deposits are $500 for Ontario based companies and $1000 for non Ontario based companies. If for whatever reason your company does not go kosher, your deposit will be returned to you in full. 

To begin your application click “Phase 1: Edit corporate information.” Update any information that is incomplete. Once you are finished click “Save.” You will be directed to a page informing you that your update was successful. Click the link on the bottom of the page which reads “Click here to proceed to Phase 2: Edit plant information.”

Once you have filled in the necessary information click “Save.”  You will be directed to a page informing you that your update was successful. Click the link on the bottom of the page which reads “Click here to proceed to Phase 3: Edit contact information.”

If there are additional contacts to add, please click “Add contact” in the top right hand corner. Once you are finished click the link on the bottom of the page which reads “Click here to proceed to Phase 4: Enter ingredients.”

You will now need to enter all of the ingredients that are used in your facility (See below). This phase takes time. There are explanations and help icons throughout. However, as always, your specially designated customer service representative is ready to help you through this process. Once you are finished adding all of your ingredients click the home icon at the top of the screen (the icon looks like a house – see below). Proceed to and click on the next phase – “Phase 5: Enter products.” Once you are finished adding the details of your product click “Submit for certification.” You will need to list all of the products for which you are seeking kosher certification so click “add” for any additional products.


Once you have finished adding all of your products click the home icon again at the top of the page. Proceed and click on the next phase – “Phase 6: Pay application fee.”

You can pay your deposit -- $500 for Ontario based companies and $1000 for non Ontario based companies – easily in our secure online checkout. Once you have entered your information click “Pay now.”

Once your deposit has been processed, all you have left to do is to click the home icon, and then click “Phase 7: Submit the application.” You will not be able to submit your application until your application fee has been submitted.
