From Uptown Gourmet
Ingredients:
350grams pareve chocolate (chips or block)
12oz margarine (pareve)
9tsp instant coffee
2 ½ cups sugar
6eggs
¾tsp salt
1 ½ cups cake meal
Method:
Melt chocolate and margarine in a double boiler.Add coffee to hot mixture.
Beat eggs, sugar, and salt separately.Add chocolate.Add cake meal.
Pour batter into 10 x 12 inch greased pan.Bake at 325F for 40 minutes.
